  Very disappointed just with the phone call I just made to them they had me on hold for over 20 mins and you can hear their conversations in the background and I hung up tried calling back for over an hour they never hung up their phone cause they didn't have call waiting or anything so that means they forgot I was on the phone finally I get through and I was greeted on the phone very rudely and I asked if I could make an appointment for my two huskies and she told me Wednesday and told me see you then didn't ask for my name or anything and then I proceeded to tell her that I wanted the mobile grooming and she told me my huskies were too big for that and they couldn't be over 60 pounds well first of all my female only weighs 45 and my male is 55 and sencondly the big thing is really there is a weight limit my mother in law has a great pyrenees and gets him mobile groomed by them twice a month and he's like 100 pounds hmmm funny the sad thing was they came very highly recommended from my family and I was treated rudely idk who the girl was on the phone but she needs a check in customer service
